The set consists of a piano, a settee, a screen, a table, two armchairs and two chairs. The front and back of each piece is painted in enamel, with Rococo scenes, showing lovers, musicians in an idyllic, landscape surroundings. This is a less elaborate, nineteenth century version of fashionable vitrine objects that were wide-spread from the 18th century onwards.
