Shape of a standing rectangle. Portrays the crowned king in a wreath, holding a sword, with the arms of Hungary and Bohemia and two „Italian vase" motifs on either side of him. At the bottom is an inscription in mirror writing: IHR KONIGLICHE WIRTENDESI (GNIRTER ZVM KONIG IN BO/HMEN UNTERZHERZOG) IN OSTEREICH. The mould was made for the coronation of King Matthias.
