On the left side of the ochre-coloured leaf is a scene painted in blue monochrome: on the edge of a forest a young girl is pursuing a butterfly. From the geometrical-patterned lace framing the leaf a smaller flowering branch in the left corner and a larger flowering branch on the right side reach down. The sticks are unembellished.
