The collar is wider at the nape, gradually narrowing downwards. The whole surface is decorated with poppy stem motifs. The blossoming or bent stems, the lobed leaves, the ball-shaped pistils and the poppy-seed balls create a rich, playful network. The outer edge of the lace is lobed, enriched with picots.
