Straight steel blade its edge is cut in the middle. Both the blade and the handle curve to a point. At the join of the handle and the blade, the latter is decorated with an engraved gilt arabesque motif. The handle, which is narrower than the blade is made of gilt iron, engraved at the top and bottom of it are pilaster-like decorations. The finial is a sedentary winged sphinx.
