The. wardrobe: with two wings stands on four bun feet. It forms an upright prism and has two doors, with an elongated oval panel at the top and a round one at the bottom. The pilasters end in roses. The middle of the curved and jointed top corniche is carved with an ornament of scrolls, leaves and roses. One wardrobe is marked inside, top left with KATHARINA STAMER while the other shows KS initials on the back and KATHARINA STAMER inscription on the top, inside all these burnt-in marks refer to the grandmother of the donator.

This bedroom suite was the dowry of Katharina Stamer, the great-grandmother of the ethnologist Mrs. J. Dajaszászy nee Vilma Dietz. The suite of a Saxon middle-class family from Temesvár is a typical example for the furnishing taste of the period and at the same time a forerunner of a type that became popular and widely used in the twentieth century.
