The cylindrical handle is engraved with scales and acanthus leaves, ending in a dolphin that curves downwards. There is a small, cast dolphin on the back of the large one. The strait, tipped steel blade joins the handle, engraved in the middle and enriched with rocailles, rosettes and stylised, repousse dolphin at the juncture. The fork is two-pointed, decorated with petals, rocailles and repousse dolphins. The handle is identical with that of the knife.
