The repousse ladle is drop-shaped the handle starts at the reverse of the ladle. The join is decorated with a crowned male figure in a cartouche on the front side and with an engraved family crest on the reverse. The prismatic handle of six sides ends in a female bust with two faces. The engraved initials BJ and the five-pointed crown on the handle are later additions.
