Shield-shaped ladle, with an engraved and gilt escutcheon near the handle. The escutcheon shows a family crest, the letters ID and the date 1571. Outside the escutcheon are the letters CG and three Ms/or W/s, probably engraved later. The baluster-shaped handle has a double division. The finial is a ball with leaves. Although there is no maker's sign on this piece, the family crest in the escutcheon is the same as the sign of Laurentius Kiss.
