The oval repousse reverse of the ladle bears four loops, in which the fork can be inserted. There is an engraved inscription around the loops: VALERJAN ZJELER, as well as decorative foliage. The handle of the two pronged fork is stick-shaped, the end slightly turns up and the whole surface is punched. The shape and decoration are typical of Mannerism.
