The domed, round foot is decorated with a garland of laurel wreaths. The ballust-shaped stem is jointed, with a ring at the top part. The candle socket is cylindrical, with a candle-socket ring of laurel wreaths at the foot. Its town and maker's marks are impressed on the foot rim.
