The four corners of the rectangular plinth are enriched with distorted animal heads among leaves. The stand has seven arms, arranged in three levels above each other. The arms are getting shorter and shorter towards the top. They are decorated with leaves between the first and second level, there are relief figures of a dancing couple after the second level a piper and a male figure can be seen, holding a beer tankard. The top of the central axis ends in a plinth shaped of an animal head, supporting a bagpiper figure with a small plate on his head, rimmed with leaves. All the other flower plates are rimmed in the same way.
