The cylindrical stem springs from a round, jointed foot, chased with leaves on the rim. The stem, as well as the bottom of the ball-shaped bowl, is plain. The top of the bowl is decorated with a frieze of flowers and foliage on a punched base. There is a cast application on each side: a ram's head with twisted horns. The plain lid shows a repousse bunch of flowers. Impressed with town and maker's mark on the foot rim.
