In the middle of the leaf, which is framed by gold scalloped and coloured floral motifs, on a tiny island with trees and bushes a pastoral idyll can be seen: a young lady is being spoken to by a cavalier reclining at her feet behind them a lady holding a shepherd's crook is suddenly emerging from behind a bush. To the right of the group is a young man to the left sits a child with a shepherd's crook. On the verso, in a frame similar to that of the recto, is a picture of a desolate island. On the sticks, among scallops and roses, Amor and two female figures sit on a cloud. On the upper part of each of the guard-sticks sits a Rococo lady, in an oval frame.
