On the leaf, framed by large flowers can be seen a resting gipsy girl in a Mediterranean landscape beside her is a tambourine. Two winged putti circle in the air. At one time spangles of various different shapes—stars, almonds and discs sparkled on the lace. A white silk cord and tassel are attached to the handle. The sticks are unembellished.
