The leaf, which on the top is framed by narrow leaves and on the sides by broadening ones and a lattice pattern, depicts an idyllic pastoral scene featuring a number of figures. On the verso there is a picture of a watermill. The large-size sticks feature huge sunflowers—two sticks provide one sunflower motif— above which there are roses. Beneath the sunflowers there is a row of small flowers.
