In the middle of the leaf, which is framed by gold and coloured flowers, a young female figure sits in front of a commemorative column surmounted by an urn in her hands is a festoon of flowers. Above her head a young man with butterfly wings holds a floral wreath. Beside them is a winged putto. On the left, in the foreground, two women are kneeling beside a basket of flowers on the right stands a female figure next to a sacrificial vessel. Behind her, on the pedestal of a thick broken column, can be read the inscription: Zephire et flore. On the sticks, amidst scallop and floral ornamentation, can be seen a company making music. On the upper part of each guard-stick sits a girl holding a basket of flowers, beneath overhanging branches. On the verso a young man holding a lance is leaving his sweetheart, who is sitting under a tree.
