Across the lower arch of the uncoloured leaf, in a broad dark-blue band, undulates a green stripe edged in light blue. From the upper arch of the dark-blue band grow five stylized trees, with smaller-scale leaf-like motifs between them. The background, and the ornamentation itself, is adorned with scattered yellow spots and hearts.
