Each of the broad sticks ends in a lobe at the top, and is adorned by a garland of flowers widening from the bottom upwards. Roses and forget-me-nots alternate with cornflowers and tulips on the sticks. The broad ribbon is green. This was a summer fan belonging to the donor's mother.
