In the Henrik Sipos ex libris competition of the periodical A Ház (see the ex libris of Lajos Kozma), this piece received the second prize, symbolizing the fate of artists: a spiritualized, naked male figure walking on a rope hung above a crowd of mocking, everyday people at the height of factory chimneys. He is longing for the stars – “ad astra” - as an allegory of the lonely, difficult trouble-filled path of artistic vocation.
