Henrik Pap was a painter and teacher at the School of Applied Arts. In his ex libris, there is a guardian spirit with butterly wings, sucking nectar from a blossoming flower that springs from a book, in front of the silhouette of the Budapest Museum of Applied Arts. The top is decorated with symmetrical, stylized, Hungarian-style floral ornaments. It was cut in wood by Gusztáv Morelli, a well-known graphic designer and teacher of the age.
