The octagonal wooden foot is covered with black leather its rim is applied with embossed and pierced gold paper ribbon. An octagonal wooden plate, covered with red leather, is placed on the foot, supporting a column with cannelures, covered with red leather, which holds the cylindrical body. The protruding rims of the casket are covered with red leather, and decorated with embossed gold paper ribbon. The cylindrical body is coveredwith paper with scattered holes the covering is embroidered with flower and ribbon- motifs with cut glass beads, framed by embossed gold leaf ribbon. The rim of the round cover, bound in red leather, is lined with embossed gold paper ribbon, the slightly domed, round middle shows a gilt leather application. The handle is missing the casket is lined with silver paper. There is a paper note glued to the bottom: "Samuel Wolfgang Buchb. u. Galanteriearbeiter in L. [...]"
