The medium-sized plate also has a large, deep surface and a broad rim, which is lined with Chinese motifs painted in gold, enriched with scattered rabbits, dishes, flowers in polychrome colours. The surface shows a Chinese genre: a female figure sitting on a bench, holding a paper scroll, tables, vases and two children playing to the right, on the ground. Marked on the bottom, with the blue Herend escutcheon from 1850-60.
