Darilek designed a chandelier of metal, probably brass. The basic geometrical shape is created of plates connected in a square. Each side consists of curved rectangles, flanked by squares. The rectangles are enriched with sitting female figures. The elements on the drawing are turquoise, with a reference to enamel painting. The hanger chain starts from the corners of the chandelier, connected in the centre in a rich ornament. The four shades are also hung up, fixed to the corners. Their light, wavy surface recalls the shape of butterfly wings, which is emphasized by the combination of turquoise and blue colours. They were probably made of transparent glass that became bright when lit.
