The surface of the rose-shaped body is decorated with embossed foliage. The handle imitates a bent bough. Due to the technique of the decoration, the whole ensemble resembles a red blossom, surrounded by green leaves. Marked on the rim, with the marking of the Viennese factory and an impressed 818 as a date, 7 as a type number and 14 as the number of the painter, who can be identified with either Johann Hirsch or Philippp Buchecker.
