On its round, moulded foot is a wide band of a chased decoration of volutes, foliage and bunches of fruit. Above it is a flattened ball with chased bands, cartouches, flowers and fruits. The cylindrical stem is milled with arabesques and foliage. In the middle of the stem is the flattened ball-shaped node, with cast, elongated knobs and chased and engraved foliage. The cylindrical body tapers upwards. The whole surface is covered with rich chased decoration the main motifs are the hunting scenes in the four large cartouches: a hunter with a dog, a running greyhound, a greyhound chasing a rabbit. Above the cartouches are pairs of winged lions, between them ornamented vases, owls, shells, canopies, flowers and foliage. On the cover are scrolls and foliage with flowers. The finial is a column ending in a round, cast rosette, with a female figure standing on it, holding a jug and a goblet. The master's and the city marks are on the rim of the foot and cover.
