All pieces are decorated with identical, embossed floral motifs: twined foliage with relief nervure. The handle of the crumb shovel is pierced, semicircular, enriched with three bird figures among the tendrils. The illustration of two pieces of the set is published in Revue des Arts Decoratifs Vol. 16, 1896, p.130.
