Supported by four carved bow legs. The frieze is decorated with carved and gilt cartouches and acanthus leaves. The rim is curved and jointed, shaping a rectangle with rounded corners, enclosing the set-in red marble top. The pieces were probably part of the furniture of the Bohus castle at Vilagos. Their elegant and stately shape and decoration correspond to the console table designed by Hesse and the console table with mirror, published by Marianne Zweig. The latter pieces used to stand in the Esterhazy palace in Vienna.
