The cylindrical shape narrows slightly towards the top, the top rim is covered with a copper ring. The wrinkled, irregularly fluted surface is covered with enamel in greenish and yellow shades. This piece was probably a part of a tobacco set, and, like most of the other Rapoport-dishes, was exhibited at the 1902 Turin International Exhibition. For a colour variant see Cat. No.9. 204.
