The front legs and the seat rail are made of one bent, square rod. The stretchers start from the front legs and are continued in the back support, also bent of one single piece. The back legs, connected by a straight stretcher, are joined to the main stretchers at the level of the seat and also at the bottom, with a small, curved rod. Three small rods create the back support, starting from a horizontal rod, leading up to the wide top lathe that is decorated with three holes. The seat is caned. There is a paper note in German glued to the seat rail, with the Thonet mark.
