The high, jointed stem emerges from a broad, round and ribbed foot with a wavy rim. It ends in a cylindrical slot for the candle, with an elongated hole on the side. The foot is decorated with painted bunch of roses, while the piece itself has scattered polychrome flowers of purple, green, blue and yellow. Marked with HP in grey, on the bottom.
