The round plinth imitates an uneven ground, where a soldier figure, dressed in medieval armour and helmet stands, beside a tree trunk. Instead of a spear, he leans on the rod that ends in the candle socket with his left. There is a stamped number seven on the bottom, probably the type mark of the series.
