The centre of the brooch with a three-lobed, pointed top depicts a flat relief, delicate female bust (Diana), looking to the right. Her loose, pinned hair is decorated with a laurel twig, her forehead with crescent-shaped diamond chips. She wears a tight necklace enriched with tiny diamonds. Her left shoulder is undraped. The background is filled with enamel: three flower stems of green leaves, yellow and purple petals and red centre, against a light blue base. A pearl hangs down from the bottom of the brooch.
