The bowl on a round stand forms the shape of a turkey its upper part is detachable cover. The turkey's head is turned to the right. The bowl is one of many popular bird-shaped pieces. The elaborate, realistic modelling reflects even the feathers of the bird, which is emphasized by the colouring. Colours: mainly brown, outlined with black, with a little red and green. Bowls like this served as a dish for soup or stewed fruits.
