The short, cylindrical bowl shows volutes, leaves, flowers and painted ornaments like mounts in the lower bands. The broad middle band displays the symbol of Christ: the lamb with a flag in a medallion, and on either side the relief figures of the twelve apostles. The name of each appears in a line above the band. The top band repeats the ornaments like mounts. Marked HB and dated 1660 under the handle.
