A bonbonniere, formed as the helmet of the sixth uhlan regiment of the imperial and royal army. The front shows the crowned coat of arms with the double-headed eagle. The upper two-third of the helmet is lined with a lieutenant's braid. There is a rose with the royal initials (F.J.) on the top. The plume is fixed by a long and a shorter chain, springing from a disc, which is decorated with a lion head.
