The chair stands on four splaying, fluted, cylindrical legs, with a rosette in a square above each. The seat rail under the oval, upholstered seat shows plaited strips, which connect the four rosette motifs. The middle of the front is decorated with a double garland of leaves. The upholstered, horizontal arm-rests are held by curved and fluted supports. The oval frame of the upholstered back is decorated with plaits similar to those of the seat rail.
