The three cylindrical legs end in the arm and back supports, connected with the curved back. The back leg is joined by curved stretchers to the front ones. The arm rests narrow towards the back, which is created of a vertical lath that is wider in the middle. The seat has a triangle shape rounded off at the corners. The legs are connected to the seat rail with curved supports. There is a burnt-in «THONET» marking on the seat rail and the Thonet name also appears on a German-language paper note glued to the bottom of the seat.
