The four splayed, fluted, cylindrical legs support a trapezoid seat. The seat-rail is slightly bowed at the front, and decorated with a rosette at the juncture of the legs. The back-support is a pierced, rectangular frame, the top of which is slightly curved. It is filled by a pierced vase motif, which is divided into three parts, showing a leaf at the top. Its upholstery and cover is newer.
