The egg-shaped bowl stands on a round base. The part above the base is divided into horizontal fields with transferred floral and pearl decoration. The broad middle band depicts fighting men and women. It is surmounted by a scroll with the date 1590. The top part is again divided into fields by vertical lines, decorated with lattice-work. The cylindrical neck shows a moulded lion's head, a mask and a rosette in an oval frame.
