The edges of the regular prism shaped bottle are strengthened with a rim, which frames the sides painted with flowers. The two facing sides feature different ones the third side has a bunch of flowers in an Italian jug, while the side opposite to this one features the year 1653 on a white table on top of a bunch of flowers. The rims of the edges have white and green-yellow stylised leaf wreaths. The white, green and yellow paintings against a blue background are contoured and sectioned by thin pen drawings. The corners of the cover are ornamented with a white painted and small stylised flower.
