The lying, rectangular casket imitates bookbinding. The decoration of the front and back plates are identical, blocked in gold. The surface of the plate is decorated with Neo-Baroque, symmetrical, scrolling leaf, palmet and rosette motifs, in a gilt tulip frame. These motifs enclose the polychrome leather application. The spine is divided into five compartments, the top one and the second show a hive pattern, the three middle ones are enriched with gilt flowers. The rims of the inner sides of the book are also gilt, lined with white moiré paper. The sides are glued to the back plate, imitating gilt, cut papers. The lining of the cover plate shows the AM initials below a nine-pointed coronet. The casket was used for storing souvenir cards.
