Stands on four claw feet of carved foliage and fruits. The head panel is fluted, divided into smaller fields at the sides, and a large one in the middle by pilasters. All the pilasters are decorated with applied masks. The fields at the sides are arched the arches are supported by pilasters of applied leaf decoration. Stylized foliage in the spandrels. The oval-shaped field in the middle is slightly concave there is a medallion enclosed by applied leaved boughs, surmounted by a double arms of two per fess shields with rolling edges. One is charged with an eagle's leg, the other shows a cabbage leaf in the base and two stars of six points in the chief. The coats of arms are ensigned with an angel head of spread wings and they are bent to face each other.
