The oval plinth is decorated with gold lines and an oval cartouche at the front, showing the mirror initials FF. The statuettes depict Francis Joseph I in the clothes of an Austrian army officer, leading, arms linked, Queen Elisabeth, who wears a frilled and laced dress with a low neckline.
