Bottle with stopper

The pear-shaped body is divided into six sections; it continues in a long, elongated neck and a splaying top rim. The sections are decorated with lattice and Bourbon-lily motifs in Neo-Rococo cartouches, painted in high white enamel. Gilt spots enrich the juncture of the lattice. The stopper is also blown and hollow; its ball-shaped body is decorated with ornaments identical with those on the body, concerning motif and technique, (see the donation register of Henrik Giergl, 1898. IM Archives 482/1: Vizes palack, 6 osztályosan formázott alakban, fehér zománcfestéssel, rococostylusban. /Water bottle, divided into 6 fields, with white enamel painting, in Rococo style./).
